At Arcane Concepts Inc., we take great pride in crafting unique and exceptional products for our customers. Our items are meticulously created, assembled, and customized to your specifications,
a process that typically takes 1 to 3 weeks from the date of order confirmation before they are ready to be shipped.

 

  • Domestic Shipping: Once your order is ready, domestic shipping times typically vary from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location within the United States.
     

  • International Shipping: For our valued international customers, please note that international shipping times can vary from 2 to 4 weeks. Please be aware that Customs & Duties are not covered by Arcane Concepts Inc. and must be paid for by the customer upon receiving their order. Customs and import regulations may vary by country, so please check with your local authorities for more information.
     

Returns:

We want your experience with Arcane Concepts Inc. to be nothing short of exceptional. We take great care in creating our products and ensuring their safe delivery. However, we understand that, on rare occasions, issues may arise. Our return policy is designed to address such situations.
 

  • Severe Damage Upon Arrival: If your order arrives with severe damage or any defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will work with you to arrange for a return or replacement, as applicable. To initiate a return due to damage, please provide clear photographs of the damaged item, including packaging, to facilitate the process.
     

  • Order Assembly Not Yet Begun: If you decide to cancel your order before the assembly process has begun (typically within the first 48 hours of placing your order), you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request an order cancellation.
     

  • All Other Returns: For all other return requests, such as changes of heart or non-severe issues, we will consider each case individually. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your specific situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
     

Please keep in mind that our products are often custom-made and tailored to your preferences, and, as such, returns for reasons other than those stated above may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return at our discretion.
