Update #21 - Unleash the Surveys!

Wow talk about a fast turnaround! Well, here you go guys, the surveys have been sent out! You should find an email with the subject heading:

"Response Needed -- Get your reward for Codex Silenda: The Book of Puzzles"

Click the link inside and fill out the survey and choose all of the various add-ons and upgrades you heart desires! (if it's allowed/available that is :P)

For the digital and lower level tiers, the survey will ask for your shipping address despite your item not requiring it, this is so we can get the correct information from specific individuals whom we've spoken with already.
